అనంతగుణవరిపూర్ణుడై యున్న భగవంతునకుమనమే పేరునొసంగినను నయ్యది పూరిన్ గా వాతని దెలుపజాలదనియు అయినను ఏదోయొక గుణమును ప్రధానము చేసికొని బగవంతుని కీతిన్ంతుమనియు దీనితాత్పర్యము. కాఫ్వున శివుడు (మంగళప్రదుడు) విష్ణువు (అంతటను వ్యాపించియున్నబాలుడు) బ్రహ్మ (వృద్ధికలవాడు) విఘ్నేశ్వరుడు (విఘాతములను దొలగించువాడు) మున్నగునామములు వాడుకలోనికి వచ్చినవి. కాన నిట్టినామముల నెన్నింటిని మనము చ్చరించిన నంట భగవద్గుణవిశేషము హెచ్చుగా బోధలోనికి వచ్చును. ఈవిధముగా వసంత నామరూపములు నిజముకనుగొన నిచ్చగల భక్తవరులచే వాడబడుచున్నవి.
వణిన్ంనవలనికాని యవాజ్మాజసగొచరుడైనభగవంతుని వణిన్ంచుటకు భక్తులనేకనామములను గల్పించుకొనట్లే యుపాసకుల కార్యార్ధమయియే యానామముల కనుగుణములగు రూపములుకూడ విజ్ఞలచే నొసంగబడియున్నవి.
