{{abbr}} is an abbreviation template. It works similarly to the w:HTML <abbr> or <acronym> tags.
Usage మార్చు
{{abbr}} takes two unnamed parameters, in order:
- The short form, which shows as text on the page.
- The long form, which many w:web browsers show as a w:tooltip when a user hovers over the text.
Example మార్చు

|Mean Sea Level Pressure
}}
appears as MSLP. When hovering over the text, Mean Sea Level Pressure will appear as a tooltip.
